With their expertise in a specific technology environment, Applications Consultants are responsible for software-specific design and realization, as well as testing, deployment and release management, or technical and functional application management of client-specific package based solutions (e.g. SAP, ORACLE). These roles also require functional and methodological capabilities in testing and training.
You focus on building solutions and on maintaining, optimizing and improving a client’s applications and systems. You contribute to a business and technical blueprint and customize the respective Software Package Core Module. You may also be responsible for unit testing, contribute to integration testing, and/or be responsible for the design and delivery of end-user training.
Certification: Has or seeking SE Level 1.

As a DevOps Engineer your primary role is to provide a DevOps services to our clients by building a very close relationship with their product and development teams. You will develop and manage solutions that uphold the key pillars of the DevOps paradigm Infrastructure, Build and Deployment, Testing, Reporting, as well as resolving operational issues.
Build and maintain a strong relationship with Capgemini I&D clients and DevOps team
Research, evaluate, and develop new tools and techniques to improve DevOps efficiency
Ensure core DevOps methodology is implemented to highest standard
Scale infrastructure to meet rapidly increasing demand
Collaborate with developers to bring new features and services into production
Provide support to development teams that use the automated infrastructure
Develop and improve operational practices and procedures
Promote and implement best security practices
BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
2 years of relevant technical work experience as a DevOps Engineer
Strong configuration management & tools knowledge (Terraform, ARM templates etc.)
Understanding of Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools and methodologies (Jenkins, Bamboo, VSTS, Git, JIRA, Bitbucket, Confluence etc.)
Experience with Azure cloud services such as Azure VMs. ACR, ACS, App Insights, ADLS, Blob Storage, Azure SQL DB, Azure HDInsight, Azure Databricks, Azure AAS, Power BI etc.)
Embody the core values of Agile/Scrum to deliver quality product to end users
DevOps tools experience (Visual Studio, PowerShell, Azure SDK)
Highly motivated, proactive, strong eye for details, persistent, and consistent
Ability to understand client pain points and work with them toward solutions
Self-starter that is smart, curious and always motivated to stay on top of technical trends
Take initiative and enjoy working with team to make the DevOps process as painless as possible
Excellent written communication, problem solving, and process management skills
