The focus of your role within Capgemini, what you do:

• Integrations - someone who understands APIs, how to use APIs within a Remedy/ITSM framework

• API integrations

• Understand the process of creating a structured B2B and steps involved (breakdown everything to understand exchange of data, obtain and acknowledge; Creating a ticket, then assign it, and follow lifecycle of ticket and updates to occur. Process behind the integration trying to achieve.)

• Email integrations. Using email as mechanism to send data back and forth. Knowledge of templating integrations through email. Email integrations with the use of templates.

• Direct integrations into Remedy and with Kinetic Data, where API usage is flexible. Impact to workflows downstream, understanding what point we're add, when getting data, etc…

• Extract/Transform/Load - standard ETL methodology. Grab report, or running query, changing priority codes, push to wherever. Need able to understand mechanism and tools available to do that.

• Data warehousing - always pulling data from something else, transforming it, loading it.

• As most stuff to Remedy, should be familiar with that tool.

• APIs and within Remedy framework

• Remedy/ITSM version 8.1 with Integrator knowledge, Atrium Explorer or similar ETL tool

• Kinetic Data

• Web Services (SOAP Webservice as well REST Webservice)
