Capgemini Salesforce Engagement/Project Manager CLT or ATL in Atlanta, Georgia
o Build and manage relationship with Client in Charlotte and other locations.
o Serve as primary point of contact on site in Charlotte
o Client funnels all work (projects, Cases, level of effort (LOE), solution documents, etc.) through me
Manage LOE’s for new work and collaborate with developer leads for technical solutions and technical design documents
Assign project work to Developer Leads and assign resources under the developer leads based on bandwidth and skill set
Assign Cases to individual resources based on bandwidth and skill
o Coordinate development activities and status updates with Client's PM’s
o Coordinate deployment activities with client's Salesforce and MuleSoft deployment teams
o Coordinate defect resolution activities and participate in daily defect resolution call
o Weekly and bi-weekly agile review calls and project status meetings with client
o Work with Delivery Executive to build and maintain relationship with clients
o Maintain EM Portal with weekly updates and project progress
o Utilize e-Monitoring tool for overall project health
o Work with finance to approve invoices for time & expenses, updating forecasting
o Manage resource performance through real time feedback and recognition when appropriate
o Manage requests for new/additional/replacement resources
o Conduct interviews of candidates, both functional and technical
o Mentor resources and assist with development opportunities where feasible
Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

Project Managers take full responsibility for managing a project or program. They normally manage a number of related streams or activities to achieve a desired business result, planned profitability levels, quality standards and highest-level client satisfaction. Project Managers are responsible for the project plan, budget, structure, schedule and staffing requirements for the delivery organization. A Project Manager usually has technical expertise in one or more other domains (e.g. a Project Manager with testing skills could perform a test manager function).
Required Skills and Experience:
You ensure that client needs are satisfied through the formulation, development, implementation and delivery of application solutions in response to client requirements, expressed in approved service requests. You are responsible for the overall project plan, budget, structure, schedule and staffing requirements for the delivery organization. You ensure that the project meets its deliverables in an agreed schedule, according to the scope, within stipulated budget, and to quality standards.
• Qualification: Bachelor's Degree
• At least 5 years of Salesforce implementation experience preferably in consulting firm setting.
• Participation in each phase of at least 5 full Salesforce life-cycle implementations
• Manage the successful delivery of all phases of at least 2 Salesforce implementations
• Management of Salesforce projects from start to finish using agile delivery approach
• Salesforce certification (Admin, Sales or Service Consultant, etc).
