Salesforce.com Technical Leads to join our team as Managers. Day-to-day responsibilities include management of our Salesforce.com technical team, on and offshore – managing, training, coaching and mentoring less experience team members. Overseeing program elements, integration, data migration, single sign, security, etc. (Mulesoft, Informatica, other ETL tools. This requires a strong understanding of the Salesforce.com platform, and integrations. Coordinating with Solution Architects and Engagement/Project Managers Technical Leads will lead design and develop advanced customizations - Candidates who can like to get their hands dirty jump in and write code (Apex, Visualforce) are strongly preferred. Technical Leads also support pre-sales activities - participating in sales calls and proposal development.
We can hirefor this role anywhere in the US, as long as you are willing and able to traveldomestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
For those seekinglower travel we have opportunities to work in our Advanced Delivery Centerwhere the tech team will hang out, learn and create together. Relocation toColumbia SC is required for these low travel roles.
· 6 years of development experience on Salesforce platform (Adminstration, Apex, Visualforce, Triggers) Lightning experience preferred
· Must be certified SFDC Admin and certified SFDC Sales/Service Cloud consultant
· Assist in Architecting/Designing a solution and helping team to adhere to best practices
· Lead and Coordinate Daily Scrum Meeting with Product Owners, Team
· Review the technical documents like design document, configuration workbook
· Act as an escalation point for all issues related to Development
· Demonstrate ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment and work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
