Capgemini Finance and Operations Administrator in Baltimore, Maryland

Sogeti USA is seeking to hire full time Finance and Operations Administrator to help grow our corporate back office team in Maryland! This is a salaried position offering full benefits! In addition to working with our internal team you will work with others across the organization in several US based locations to gain exposure into the functionalities and importance of a Finance/Operations Team.

Accountabilities and Deliverables:

  • Must be able to handle all the different problems when itcomes to the operation of the business unit and its individual needs

  • Approve and maintain consultants weekly time sheets andexpense reports

  • Review contracts and set up projects according to contractdetails

  • Process client invoices in a timely manner with attention todetail and work with clients to resolve invoicing questions.

  • Develop client relationships to establish understanding ofpayment terms and ensure prompt payments

  • Financial month end close responsibilities including salesbookings, final invoice approval and timesheet approval.

  • Review work in progress and resolve issues

  • Manage project operations- Statement of Work's, consultantutilization

  • Support Sales/Operations/Human Resources

  • Able to translate business needs into purposeful action

  • Develops communication documents as needed

  • Manages back-end office operational duties and executes onvarious projects as assigned

  • Investigates and answers business owner questions andfeedback ensuring quality and service expectations are met

  • Develops and delivers progress reports, documentation andpresentations to senior management, as required

  • Qualifications/Education and Training Requirement:

  • 1-3 years administrative and finance experience

  • Minimum completed Bachelor-s degree in related field ofBusiness

  • Must be able to work standard professional businesshours

  • Experience with Oracle or similar program is preferred

  • Proficient in Windows Microsoft Suite (Microsoft Excelskills to include Vlookup and pivot tables)
