Troubleshooting issues, Log analysis, providing resolution
Siebel Crash handling and analysis
Support for remote users, DB Extract, Synchronization issues.
Services and Component restart
Application issues on Open UI and HI Clients.
Multilingual Application Support.
Enabling High Availability and native load balancing for Object Managers.
Application Health check and automation.
Reference data migration using ADM, EIM
Oracle SR handling
Batch job schedules and execution.
CRM Desktop support
Along with the current in-scope activities, following are the new additions:
on-call support after business hours (Serv 1 and serv2 tickets)
Managed Service support for RESCO Mobility
Siebel EMS (Email Marketing Server)
OSES (Oracle Secure Enterprise Search)
BIP (Business Intelligence Publisher)
Loyalty related interfaces with external vendors
DMZ servers, Interfaces hosted on the DMZ servers & internal Siebel servers
New installation & configuration of Siebel servers, Siebel Gateway servers, Siebel Web Servers (SWEAPP), RESCO Mobility servers, Siebel EMS, OSES servers, BIP server and other application servers that are part of the BCS PARTNERS landscape
Installation media download from MOS (My Oracle Support) website or Oracle Software eDelivery website, installer build, etc. that are required for building a new environment
Activities related to environment readiness and delivery like migration of custom ‘js’ files, scripts and other miscellaneous activities that will be required to migrate an environment to a new host server.
Upgrade and post-upgrade support for Siebel CRM, RESCO Mobility, Siebel EMS, OSES, BIP and other applications that are part of the BCS PARTNERS landscape
Patching of Siebel CRM, RESCO Mobility, Siebel EMS, OSES, BIP and other applications that are part of the BCS PARTNERS landscape
Work with other IT and business teams like DBA Team, eBusiness Team, VMware Team, Windows Admin Team, etc. as needed for various support activities.
Basic level database support activities for Oracle DBs & MySQL DB (RESCO) – e.g. Running SQL queries via TOAD to troubleshoot operational issues.
SSL / HTTPS implementations, Server Certificate management & related activities
Enabling monitoring of supported applications (Siebel CRM, OSES, Siebel EMS, BIP, etc.).
Load Balancer related issues
Script automation as required for admin activities or to meet requirements from business or other application support teams.
Siebel Repository migration & related support, Siebel AOM component modelling.
Support for Active Directory authentication (ADSI), LDAP, SSO as it related to the applications in the BCS PARTNERS landscape
Support DB reorg activities.
Integration issues with 3rd party vendors & interfaces
Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

Responsible for programming and software development using various programming languages and related tools and frameworks, reviewing code written by other programmers, requirement gathering, bug fixing, testing, documenting and implementing software systems. Experienced programmers are also responsible for interpreting architecture and design, code reviews, mentoring, guiding and monitoring programmers, ensuring adherence to programming and documentation policies, software development, testing and release.
Required Skills and Experience:
You assign, coordinate, and review work and activities of programming personnel. Collaborate with computer manufacturers and other users to develop new programming methods. Supervise, train, mentor junior level programmers in programming and program coding. Represent team in project meetings. Work with business and functional analysts, and software & solution architects in ensuring that programs and systems function as intended Supervise, mentor and manage large teams of programmers in one or more projects. Represent project teams in project/program meetings or in meetings with sponsor.
• Qualifications: 6-12 years experience, Bachelor’s Degree.
• Must have experience in Software Engineering Techniques, Software Engineering Architecture, Software Engineering Lifecycle and Data Management.
• Should be proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Software Engineering Leadership, Architecture Knowledge and Technical Solution Design.
