Capgemini OCM Lead - HR Integration in Chicago, Illinois
-Minimum of 3- 5 years’ experience related to the delivery of change management programs with strong understanding of OCM methodology and tools typically leveraged in successful change programs
-Minimum 3 Years consulting experience
-Associated affiliations/certifications with Business and Organizational Change Management associations; Prosci, ASTD, IOCMI, etc.
-Strong relationship management, teamwork and interpersonal skills
-Exceptional communication skills, written and spoken
-Demonstrated experience working in diverse teams of consultants, training developers, including offshore resources, HR project work is a MAJOR plus
-Experience delivering client presentations
-Strong MS Office skills – MPP, Excel, PPT, Visio
-Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change
-Experience developing and delivering end user training materials
-Frequent travel to project locations may be required
Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
