Oracle EBS R12 CRM Lead
Oracle EBS R12 CRM LEAD resource with strong experience in Service, Install Base and Depot repair.
• 10 years Oracle R12 EBS CRM Service functional experience
• Strong Techno-Functional with at least 2-3 implementation experience is required.
• Secondary Modules: Install Base, Contracts, Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing
• Proven team leader
• Multiple Implementations experience required.
• Well versed with module setups
• Worked on Interfaces, Reports,
• Ability to create good End-User Training Documentation,
• Well-rounded knowledge of other related oracle application modules.
• Must be self-motivated and have ability to drive progress in the area independently with minimal guidance.
Nice to Have Skills
• Technically sound enough to know backend tables and write SQL queries to debug
• Strong install base and depot repair experience as well.
We are looking for a Team Player with the ability to take directions and work with limited information, get along with others (Inter-Personnel skills), Hard-Working, Go-Getter, and above par communication skills.
Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

You contribute to the overall project plan, highlighting dependencies with other projects. You manage day-to-day project activities, monitor and report on progress, and identify and mitigate potential showstoppers and issues.

• Certification: Is at least certified on EM foundation (level 0).
• Should have progressing in Negotiating, Vendor Management, Risk Management and Project Financials, KPI & Reporting
• Should have baseline skills Quality Management.
