Thefocus of your role within Capgemini, what you do:

In order to drivethe growth agenda in Cloud Infrastructure Services, we are looking to expandour team. You effectively manage advanced ERP administration activitiesmaximizing the efficiency of service delivery.

SAP/BASIS/HANAAdministrator

• To deliver the complete Basis support and activities in ERPHANA landscape.

• Provide Operational Excellence in the areas SAP HANA, SAP BODS Administration,SAP Basis, Monitoring, DB2 Database, Unix-Shell and Scripting and otherinfrastructure elements

• Ensure effective Error Trend Analysis and Problem Management

• Work in SAP HANA and provide missing technical and operational expertise forMajor Incident Management

• Available for Major Incident Management out of office hours for Priority 1incidents

• Installation & Administration of SAP HANA

• Provide technical administration and support for the HANA / SLT components

• Performing Refreshes

• Verify backup/recovery in HANA, batch scheduling and other operationsarchitecture components are established and performed for the in-o Perform DBAactivities for SLT

• Perform all housekeeping activities reasonably required to maintain systemavailability and stability on a regular basis (i.e. table space expansions,increase log file size thresholds, clean-up of file systems, validity ofcertificates etc.).

• Perform SAP NW upgrade

• Work with support partners to report and resolve any program related errorand out of memory issues with the HANA processes.

• Provide a highly customer focused service to the end users ensuring theirprocesses are not delayed

• EWA alert configuration and take action as per the suggestion by SAP

• Should have good knowledge in creating multi-tenant database in HANA

• Perform HANA administration activity through HANA cockpit

You work in conjunction with othertechnical teams to ensure efficient service delivery whilst performing advancedERP administration activities. You are responsible for building and maintainingdocumentation and standards, implementing and maintaining database security,patch management and version control. You deliver high quality services to theclients by resolving complex technical issues ensuring that the issues areresolved within client SLA agreements.

You act with limited supervision, often incomplex environments. Regarded as an influential expert in your own area andorganization, you share expertise with others notably demonstrating the abilityto present clearly highly complex ideas. You are a lead contributor, providingdirection for others and creating formal networks internally and externally.Anticipating business needs and issues, you look beyond the immediate problemto the wider implications and generate new and innovative solutions.
