Demand Lead Responsibilites
Lead Demand Management team
Serve as escalation point for demand function related issues/conflicts
Allocate new account demand in collaboration with CBPs
Provide demand input/trend analysis to RSC team
Guide Demand Managers to achieve CM improvement at Account level
Collect and provide demand input for headcount forecast
Review/approve BU dashboard
Implement demand function standardization and improvements
Candidates should be flexible/willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

Demonstrated Subject Matter Expertise in the functional area
Experience maintaining relationships with individuals in other functional areas
Demonstrated experience successfully lead at least one project that impacted multiple functional areas
Experience successfully leading teams on multiple projects
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
