What You-ll Do
As a Scrum Master at Sogeti you will have the opportunity to:
Lead daily scrum, sprintreview, sprint demo, and planning meetings for one of our clients.
Oversee the scrum process andguide client teams on how to use Agile/Scrum practices.
Work with our client-s productowners and product managers to ensure the product backlogs are ready forthe next iteration.
Facilitate discussion, decisionmaking, and remove impediments.
Help forecast the number ofdeliverables possible in an iteration.
Help shield the team fromoutside distractions and interferences.
Minimum education qualification
- A bachelor's degree in anydiscipline. MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
The ideal candidatewill have:
At least 2+ years relevantexperience as a Scrum Master for a software development team.
First level Scrum Mastercertification (CSM, PSM I)
Knowledge of agile methodologyand frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.
Strong knowledge of Scrumtheory, rules, and practices.
Knowledge of Agile techniqueslike:User Stories, Continuous Integration, TDD, Continuous Testing,Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.
Understanding on tracking andreporting of metrics:burndown, velocity, etc.
Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills.
