Roles & Responsibilities:
•Consulting/working experience (preferred) attained within at least one of the areas: F&A, Insurance, Banking, SCM, Client Interaction
•Experience in business process improvements and process reengineering (Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean)
•Exceptional organization skills and flexibility in guaranteeing that projects are correctly resourced and managed
•Strong project management skills with an ability to adjust and adapt to the rolling, day-to-day changes.
•Mastery knowledge of MS Office package, especially Excel and Access
•A hunger for the latest knowledge of automation and new technologies and market and leading practice insights in F&A
•A proactive and self-reliant approach. Identifies and seizes opportunities by taking decisive action with guidance
•Vitality, drive and resolve in meeting challenges
•Engagement set up – economic modeling and estimating
•Data Analytics – focus on data modeling and analysis
•Business Case formation and management
•Process preparation and workshop prep and execution (process redesign, gaps and opportunity identification)
•MS tools fluency at the highest levels required
•Developing/delivering people/process/technology solutions to clients across all sectors
Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
