Profile: Risk and Compliance Coordinator
Provides general support to the complaint area of the Risk and Compliance Function within LTC administration, as specifically directed. May provide specialist administrative support.
General Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
Undertakes a range of support activities as defined in the job description for the specific role.
Provides support generally for assigned Manager or Function.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong background in life and health insurance
Demonstrated knowledge of all relevant systems
Able to demonstrate leadership, consulting, change implementation.
Knowledge of CHCS TPA systems and processes extremely helpful.
Insurance certifications/ designations a plus.
Knowledge of Prudential LTC administration a strong plus
Complaint processing experience a plus
Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
