Responsible for programming and software development using various programming languages and related tools and frameworks, reviewing code written by other programmers, requirement gathering, bug fixing, testing, documenting and implementing software systems. Experienced programmers are also responsible for interpreting architecture and design, code reviews, mentoring, guiding and monitoring programmers, ensuring adherence to programming and documentation policies, software development, testing and release.

Experience

8 years of Java development experience required for code generation and debugging

  • 4 years of development experience with Talend with Big Data

  • Hands on experience with Hadoop, Spark, Kafka,

  • Azure cloud services such as ADW, ADLS, ADF

  • Very strong in SQL, experience with Oracle and NoSQL databases

  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills required

  • Strong analytical and programming skills required

  • Experience working in DevOps environment with automated builds and automated build validation

  • Experience working iteratively in a fast-paced agile environment

  • Ability to present design of the solution to various stakeholders

  • Have practiced test driven development (TDD) on 1 or more projects

  • Strong exp working in a full Agile environment.

  • Experience with hi-tech Domain is a plus

Required experience:

Experience working in DevOps environment with automated build: 1 years

developing ETL in a Talend environment: 4 years

ETL logic using Java: 5 years

Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Qualifications: 1-4 years experience, Bachelor’s Degree.

• Develops program logic for new applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications

• Codes, tests, debugs, documents, implements and maintains software applications

• Analyzes requirements, and maintains, tests and integrates application components

• Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented

• Should have progressing skills in Software Engineering Techniques, Software Engineering Architecture, Software Engineering Lifecycle and Data Management.

• Should have baseline skills on Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Software Engineering Leadership, Architecture Knowledge and Technical Solution Design.
