Capgemini’s Infrastructure Cyber Security Consulting and Projects Practice Unit provides consulting and projects in all areas of infrastructure including cloud based services, networks, servers, storage, information security, service management and governance. Activities range from high level consulting, strategy and business case to architecture design and implementation to at times; internal security/compliance projects.

IAM Support Lead
This individual is responsible for the level 3 support for client posing Ping Identity's products including PingFederate, Ping Access, PingOne, PingID, and other custom developed IAM supporting the application.
Understanding of Application Security requirements across the enterprise, mobile, and cloud implementations
Support existing integrated application with Ping Federate PingAccess, Ping One directory.
Integrating SSO with externally hosted vendor (3rd party) applications using SAML, OAuth, Header based authentication with Ping Federate / Ping Access.
Should exhibit disciplined, process-driven and result oriented approach to daily activities.
Production support experience with ITSM solutions (Service-now) including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management.
Collaboration with business and technical teams to support the Ping Identity based IAM solution that is continuously scalable and adaptable.
Support customers for PingID based MFA solution.
Logical troubleshooting ability and analytical skill.
Work in the onsite-offshore based model, being lead to the Offshore team.
Participate and present regular status reports to client and internal management team.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Hands on experience and working knowledge of the following:
SAML, OAuth or Header based SSO integration and/or troubleshooting
J2EE application servers such as Tomcat and/or Apache
Development and troubleshooting REST API based application
Development and troubleshooting Oracle DB stored procedures.
Network troubleshooting eg., TCP/IP, load balancers, firewalls
Relational Database systems such as Oracle, J2EE Application services such as Tomcat
Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), X.509 certificates, SSL/TLS
Identity & Access Management and/or Federation experience with Ping Identity suite of products.
User Provisioning (SCIM)
