Identity Management Consultant
The IDM Cybersecurity Consultant will provide technical support, analysis, and creativity in evolving our client’s Identity Management (IDM) solutions. This role helps drive technical IDM strategy and works with global application and platform teams to design and deploy robust identity and access control solutions to protect our client’s critical assets. Transformation of IDM services is constant, as well as the threat landscape and respective cyber security posture.
4 Years of experience in IT and should be aligned with IdentityManagement solutions.
Experience in requirements gathering, design and leading the implementation of application integration for Single Sign-On, User Provisioning/De-provisioning, and Federation.
Of which min 3 years of hands-on experience in any of IDM products such as IBM SIM, CA IDM, Oracle IDM, ForgeRock IDM, Okta etc.
Should have experience in installation and configurations of at least one of the above-mentioned product.
Experience with integration target systems such as Active Directory, RACF, EBS, Databases etc. with IDM.
Experience with implementing IDM in the cloud (Azure/AWS) a plus.
Experience with directory services installation, configuration and their integration with at least one of the above-mentioned IDM product.
Expertise in J2EE, JSF, Spring, JSON, REST, SCIM and SOAP-based web services.
In-depth understanding of Databases/queries/stored procedures
Thorough in creating technical documentation of Design, Use and Test cases
Troubleshooting skills are also a must.
Should be able to work independently as a Developer, work may require the person to the solution and implement IDM the component.
Demonstrates an understanding of how IDM systems integrate across the enterprise
Experienced in supporting large IDM system upgrades/projects
Demonstrates an understanding of how an Identity Management system integrates with Human Resources systems.
Good collaboration & communication skills, the ability to participate in an interdisciplinary team.
Strong written communications and documentation experience
Hands-on experience in supporting identity access applications
Be driven by the practical implementation and use of technology to meet operational needs, implement security technical controls and ensure standard processes, documentation, key controls to monitor and metrics to gauge effectiveness are developed across all IDM control platforms
Bring your experience and vision to analyze multiple IDM evolving solutions to identify those that meet the requirement and complement the existing tool sets.
Work in a structured environment alongside formal project management processes and know when to use an unstructured approach to address the needs for immediate action
