Service Management expertise with a focus on following:

• Plan for end to end process definition and implementation aligned to ITIL best practices and contractual requirements

• Perform gap assessment of the As-Is processes in line with account / best practices such as ITIL, Agile

• Determine the gaps with respect to process and tools and devise action plan for process transition and transformation

• Facilitate in integration of process, SLAs and Tools

• Work independently with client and internal stakeholders during service transition, gap assessment and definition of processes

• Design To-Be process in agreement with client stakeholders, Align with service management tools to facilitate transition of clients to Capgemini

25.00% Service Management expertise (ITIL expert preferred)

25.00% Communication (to help with GTM activities)

25.00% People management and working with India based team

ITIL expertise preferred. Service Management experience. Transition experience. Experience with analytics and visualization tools a plus.

Ability to work with a India based team. Some people management responsibilities may be involved too.

Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

IT Transformation Managers optimize Business Technology capabilities and manage implementation, change and transformation on behalf of the client. They analyze and evaluate existing Business Technology capabilities (- organization, project management, service management and resources management). They define Business and IT objectives and identify gaps. They are responsible for the success of the transformation by designing the appropriate transformation roadmap and leading the execution of it. They also carry out skills coaching and consulting. IT Transformation Managers understand the financial implications of their proposals. Their plans must increase the productivity and quality of the complete IT landscape and life cycle by using client standards and procedures, control and quality management, rationalization and automation. They use industry standards and best-practices including a feasibility check and necessary adaptations for the client.

Required Skills and Experience:

The IT Transformation Manager plans and steers projects. He develops solutions for complex functional and/or organizational problems. The solutions consider existing structures, best practice methods and their financial impact (both within and without the project itself), adapted to the individual client situation. He is a competent point of contact for the customer’s middle management. The IT Transformation Manager isn´t only a trusted adviser but also acts as a selective coach. He supports reviews and audits; documenting and sharing acquired practical knowledge. He guarantees the quality of his results through broad knowledge of appropriate methods, clients, sectors and technology. For his division he contributes his knowledge and generates new offers for customers out of his project environment.

• Qualification: 6-12 years of experience, Bachelor’s Degree.

• Should be proficient in Business Change Management, Industrialization, Architecture Knowledge and Vendor Management

• Should have progressing skills on Project Financials, KPI´s & Reporting
