What You-ll Do
- Job Responsibilities:-Must be able tohandle all the different problems when it comes to the operation of thebusiness-Approve and maintainconsultants weekly time sheets and expense reports-Review contracts andset up projects according to contract details-Process clientinvoices in a timely manner with attention to detail and work with clients toresolve invoicing questions.-Develop clientrelationships to establish understanding of payment terms and ensure promptpayments-Financial month endclose responsibilities including sales bookings, final invoice approval andtimesheet approval. -Review work inprogress and resolve issues-Manage projectoperations- Statement of Work's, consultant utilization-SupportSales/Operations/Human Resources
Minimum education qualification
- Bachelor's Degree
