"A Senior Consultant at Capgemini will focus on the analysis, design and development of functional solutions for clients in a team environment. He/she will work alongside functional and industry specialists to assist with the creation of functional deliverables using established processes and procedures. He/she will contribute to client satisfaction by providing timely and responsive value added services and work products and use individual functional knowledge to ensure work products and deliverables are of the highest caliber to ensure client satisfaction. Work will be performed under direct supervision to complete assigned tasks using already established procedures and best practices.

Responsibilities include:

• Drive content development for deliverable presentation(s)

• Data aggregation and analysis; ability to synthesize large quantities of information; translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations

• Solve clients' problems critically, structure analyses, construct analytical frameworks, and conceptualize storyboard/strategy development

• Lead workstream(s) independently and offer guidance to Consultants

• Support internal and BD activities for senior management"

• 1-2 years post-graduate degree experience at an established management consulting and/or industry firm

• Strong core consulting skills, including: meeting and workshop development and management, deck writing, storyboarding, inductive/ deductive reasoning, client interviewing, issue analysis, data analysis, process design, and change management

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Intellectual curiosity

• Strong Microsoft Office suite skills: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Visio and Access are pluses)

• Top MBA or other applicable post-graduate degree preferred"
