Key Responsibilities:

· Is the general manager of the account(s)

· Provides accountability and authority for:

· Client relationship

· Portfolio management

· Client satisfaction

· Contract performance

· Account business planning and strategy

· Financial performance

· Growth

· Acts as a single point of contact within customer organization for troubleshooting and resolving all issues arising from delivery-related account activities

· Understands what it takes to manage a business and uses these insights to gain better understanding of a client’s needs and to position the value of CG offers

· Ensures that management is informed of business performance responsively and as required to support business planning & decision-making (e.g., pipeline progress, forecast-to-close success, progress on opportunity, etc.)

· Manages contractual re-negotiations to protect CG's business interests while at the same time maintaining customer satisfaction

Measures of Success:

  • Meeting and exceeding revenue and contribution goals for relevant engagements

  • Customer satisfaction with service provided

  • Develop Leadership team including effective Talent Management processes

  • Compliance with the Global Enterprise Model (G.E.M)

  • Effectiveness within sales process and support of new sales opportunities

  • Ensure Engagements have the relevant resource and expertise deployed for the client’s contractual requirements

  • Live the Core Values of CapGemini (Honesty, Boldness, Trust, Freedom, Team Spirit, Modesty, Fun)

  • Background/ expertise in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) in the Healthcare provider sector

  • Exposure tothe key focus areas of R2A,B2C,P2P

  • A professional accounting qualification would be an advantage

Essential Skills and Experience:

· Ability to influence at senior business levels

· Several years of proven experience in BPO in a global complex environment

· Strong commercial awareness and project management ability

· Strong relationship building, communication, and influencing skills

· Leadership skills
