Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee/ensure the quality of test plans, test cases, test matrix, and bug reporting

  • Work closely with the development team managers to help mentor, lead, for project deliverables

  • Provide technical direction for off-shore resources by working with clients and project teams

  • Work with the development managers and scrum teams to create comprehensive test plans, cost and time estimates and other deliverables.

  • Provide detailed status to Client of each active project, including overall product quality, outstanding bugs, test progress, automation achievements, milestones achieved.

  • Working with various stake holders from upstream and downstream for integration projects and reporting from QA stand point


  1. Experience and Knowledge in Duck Creek Claim application with life cycle of claims for (P&C )

  2. SQL experience (Oracle or SQL) and Data warehouse testing experience , Must have very good SQL skills

  3. Experience in testing Predictive modeling and scoring engine.

  4. Experience in working with TPA , Policy system and Downstream System (15+) and co-ordination skills to lead the external parties.

  5. Strong analytical skills - understands business processes and issues from business users, inclusive of work & data flows

  6. Strong Agile background ,Ability to lead QA efforts in all phases of the agile process.

  7. Expected to have strong background in testing Interfaces, Migration, Backend, Detailed Reports

  8. Enhanced trouble shooting skills, understands component and system relationships and dependencies

  9. Experience in reporting test progress, test results, with metrics to stakeholders

  10. Excellent communicator (verbal & written), Need to work with 15 + downstream partners at given time.

  11. Experience using test automation Frameworks and tools such as QTP, Selenium
